Where do you source your products from?
Our products are mainly from the UK, Europe, Australia and US. Although you might see a few gems once in a while!
How do we pay?
We accept bank transfers/ mobile banking via KBZ, AYA and AGD, as well as KPay and One Pay. We also accept other currencies (USD, GBP, SGD), please contact us for more info.
When will you deliver my order?
We will fulfill your order after we have confirmed your payment. We will try our best to deliver within 3 days after your confirmation of payment, thank you for your patience!
My personal details were incorrect, but I already submitted the order, what should I do?
If you realize your personal details are incorrect, please send an email to the Customer Support team at support@thehoundsbutchery.com or DM us on Facebook /Instagram as soon as possible to change your personal details.
I want to change my delivery address.
Please send an email to the Customer Support team at support@thehoundsbutchery.com or DM us on Facebook /Instagram as soon as possible to change your delivery address. However, we will add extra fare charges if the address is changed after the courier has picked up your order.
